The philosophy of a learner (student) is they have high teacher expectations, questions, facilitator, patience, time, quiet, consistency, a good teacher, interest, to read, an open mind, hands on activities, creativity, excitement, motivation, and structure. The philosophy of a learner (teacher) is they have good support, take risks, reflection, reteach/revisit, knowledge, patience, organized, creativity, structure, clear/concise, planner, excitement, relateable, and they are positive. These are the qualities that learners posses/need to posses to become a good learner. These are also qualities that learners hope and expect teachers to have. A few other things learners need to have are good listneing skills, an open mind, a positive attitude, and full attention.
